Abdelmoneim Lab focuses on investigating how environmental contaminants and chemicals of concern may impact the neuroendocrine system of early-developing organisms. Our toxicological investigations aim to understand how exposure to different chemicals may impact the development and behavior of organisms, understand the cellular and molecular changes underlying these organismal effects, and identify safe levels of exposure.
